HOW DO WE PREPARE A CHOCOLATE A LA TAZA AMATLLER?

Preparing a chocolate ‘a la taza’ Amatller is an art. A special ritual that allows you to taste a bright chocolate, with an intense colour and an extraordinary creaminess. It is an authentic pleasure for our senses.

To prepare a chocolate ‘a la taza’ with a medium-high thickness and milk chocolate flavour, we recommend you to melt two pieces of chocolate (50g) and mix them with milk (150ml). Bring the mixture to boil and keep stirring. After a few seconds, remove from the heat and serve it.

To get an intense cocoa flavour, you have to prepare the chocolate ‘a la taza’ with water. If you want a sweeter and smoother flavour, we recommend you to prepare it with milk.

- To prepare a chocolate ‘a la taza’ with an intense cocoa flavour and medium thickness, we recommend you to melt two pieces of chocolate (50g) and mix them with milk (100ml). Bring the mixture to boil and keep stirring. After a few seconds, remove from the heat and serve it.

- To prepare a chocolate ‘a la taza’ with a subtle flavour and liquid to drink, we recommend you to melt one piece of chocolate (25g) and mix them with milk (200g). Keep the chocolate stirring and warm it up. After a few seconds, remove from the heat and serve it.
